Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

We truly appreciate all Lil Ashy's for their support and understanding. At this time, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim information is submitted to us and verified, we’ll be happy to send a replacement item. While we’re unable to issue refunds for damaged items, we’re always glad to help you through the process.

Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, please reach out to us. Refunds will be issued in these cases once the issue is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 days. Orders are typically shipped on Tuesday mornings or within 3–4 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on sales volume, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, delivery timing is outside of our control — but we’ll always do our best to assist if questions come up.

We currently ship with USPS. Shipping is $10.50. Free shipping with orders $200+

Melting Policy

Our products are lovingly made with natural ingredients and do not contain artificial stabilizers or preservatives that prevent melting.

Because of this, products may melt when exposed to higher temperatures, especially during warmer months or in warmer climates. Melting does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product. If this happens, simply place your product in a cool area or refrigerate it until it solidifies again.

Please keep in mind:

  • Products may arrive melted due to weather or shipping conditions

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for melting

  • Ice packs and thermal protection can be purchased for $5 for extra peace of mind. Overnight shipping is also available.

Our products contain nut-based ingredients.
If you have a nut allergy, we are unable to accommodate custom products at this time. Your safety always comes first.
