Refund policy

Our products are natural and 100% free from harsh ingredients, keeping them creamy, skin-safe, and melt-friendly. If any items happen to melt in transit, simply place them in the fridge until they harden.

Please note: No refunds will be given for melted products.

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your order has taken longer than 3 weeks to process.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS. Once the claim is submitted, email us a copy of the claim confirmation so we can assist you further.

If we send the wrong product, don’t worry—the correct item will be sent to you promptly at no additional cost.
